Wall-Hung Cabinet - It is usually attached to the wall and gives your bathroom a minimalist look. It can be below the basin or beside it. Sometimes people prefer having an additional cabinet at the sides for some extra storage space to keep knick-knacks.
In flooring and fixtures, the colors should be coordinated or should provide a delightful contrast to the color of your walls to create a variety in visuals. However, also remember to stick to one or two shades only to avoid creating confusion in a single small space. The tiles on the floor should be darker than the walls. This is to emphasize the solid floor providing a contrast to the walls making it a focus. Also, it would help conceal dirt and grime and will not easily discolor through continuous use through time.
Don’t forget to consider the effect of color on mood. You might have already done this for the rest of your home. You might have chosen to make your bedroom a soothing blue, to calm you and help you rest. Your front room may be a more active color, like red or orange, to help you feel energized.
It is an important thought that you should never forget when painting your bathroom. Painting a bathroom is a tricky task. It is because you have to consider the level of moisture and humidity before making every decision. If you are interested in a durable bathroom makeover, do adequate research. Remember that bathroom design trends may come and go but the fundamental rule of picking a water-resistant and easy-to-clean paint remains the same.
